As the world moves into a new standard of normal, we, at Dera Amer are rejuvenated by the drive to provide world- class comfort, hygiene and social distancing to ensure safety and delight to our guests.
Dera Amer is a luxury wilderness camp situated “outside” of the city of Jaipur – in the village of Khurad, amidst the valley of Kukas.Our staff resides within the camp premises and fortunately have remained 100% Covid-19 free.
The safety protocols have been aligned with the guidelines in accordance to World Health Organization (WHO), Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and the Government of India.
Social Distancing & Exclusivity was a pre-requisite before the terrible virus hit us.
Dera Amer has always believed in an exclusive experience, consisting of two separate exclusive pockets of luxury tents – and exclusive dining venues – all provided in the luxury of private and exclusive wilderness.
Guidelines
1. Social distancing to be strictly followed amongst guests and staff
2. Distant seating during meals and activities
3. Reduce guest capacity
4. Limit cash handling and promote cashless payment
5. Hospital grade disinfectant for tents, dining venues, common areas and kitchen with equipment.
6. Staff to wear PPE (gloves, masks, face shields and protective gear)
7. Focus on “clinically” clean but yet “aesthetical”.
8. Reduction of paper items
9. Daily health checks of staff and guests
10. Monitor state and local healthcare communications.
11. As was being followed pre-Covid, we ensure working in a sustainable manner ensuring conservation of wilderness and our animals, alongside contributing to the local community.
12. All our produce is locally grown on our own farms and hence we provide fresh organic meals to our guests.
